Will a clamp stand fit my desk or headboard?

Every listing gives the clamp range, the arm length and the device sizes a mount takes. Measure the thickness of your desk edge or bed rail first, then compare it with those numbers.

What are the stands and organizers made of?

Mostly aluminium, steel, bamboo, acrylic and moulded ABS, with silicone pads wherever something rests against a screen or a desktop. The material is stated on each product page.

Will these cables and adapters work with my devices?

Connector type, cable length and compatible device sizes are listed per product. If a listing does not answer your case, write to us before ordering and we will check it.

How do I clean a desk mat, a bottle or a riser?

Wipe hard surfaces with a damp cloth and dry them. Drinkware pages say whether an item is dishwasher safe. Keep abrasive pads away from acrylic and coated metal, which scratch easily.

What does shipping cost and where do you send orders?

Standard shipping is free on every order inside the United States, all 50 states, with no minimum. We do not ship internationally and there is no express upgrade.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 0-1 business days and standard delivery takes 2-3 business days after that. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Can I send something back?

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, transit damage or a wrong item received, within 30 days of delivery. Change of mind is not covered. Transit damage needs photos within 72 hours of delivery.

Is the checkout secure, and how are refunds paid?

Checkout is SSL-encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant, and card details are never stored on our side. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 3-7 business days after we inspect the return.
